Sen. Dodd announces they believe they have a reached an agreement on the financial bailout bill following morning closed door meeting on the Hill.

8. Agreed, this is infuriating..
it must have been a deal breaker for the republicons, what did they have to give up to get it? I guess the executive compensation clause, which was a deal breaker for the Dems, the way the article was written.
