1. I'm almost inclined to say the casino. Atleast there, by law you
have to be advised of the odds!

4. Casino. I've gotten more returns from them and even if I lose, I still get a free meal, or a t-shirt
for being a participant. I don't get that from my stock broker.

5. Casino bets don't pay dividends
and decent stocks do. I know because that's what I'm living on right now, stock dividends. Had I gone to Las Vegas with my inheritance, I'd be broke.

Don't expect the face value of a dividend paying equity to go up permanently for some time to come. Equities are still overpriced and will probably keep falling. Although it's disheartening to see the paper wealth disappear, the dividends don't reflect that decrease. The main thing that disappears with paper wealth is ability to leverage debt, something that should be the last thing on our minds right now. Most of us have an abundance of debt, thanks.

The advantage is with the house in both areas. However, the sucker gets a bigger break with equities.

7. The difference is a technical question of a "time certain" for a wager where an a investment
has usually no time constraints.

18. i heard a comparison of McSame's and Obama's Gambling types..[Turks]he said that Obama played Poker,...
he bet if he had a hand and folded when he didn't. he kept chip'n away and scored well in the game.

McSame on the other hand would go to a Casino grab a strange pretty girl and say..you're my lucky charm then lose money on a Craps Table, hand over fist.. throw'n dice playing like "a wild man"

19. That's a very stark and apt analogy.
Mcsame has proved with every self created drama during this campaign that he not only craves drama but requires it. He wants to be James Bond at Monte Carlo but the world needs a steadier hand at this time.

15. Stock Market
The most you can win at a casino is the house limit (i.e. you break the bank). But in the stock market there's NO limit.
