I have a question about the bailout and small business loans

We did not know about this idea of a bailout until a bit over a week ago.

We did know about ben stearn and some banks and fanny ass and freddy rip.

So if there all these green jobs that people somehow expect them to spring up over night and produce and turn a profit and produce so many new green jobs then where were these green jobs produced before this news of a bailout and the bank loan freeze?

I get the impression that this is selling point of false hope and not something tangable at all.

I have read that 60% of new businesses fail within the first year.

It seems to me that rather than risk money on a new business people invest and take their chances there. Not in new jobs as we have seen just don't happen. I also see and hear ad's on buying foreclosed homes and flipping them which just promotes the problem.

Am I wrong about all of this?
