This isn't a bailout for Main Street.
It's being rushed through to beat the opening of the Asian Markets. Why?

The bald man on CNN claims that the bailout is essential to Main Street because Caterpillar and GM couldn't get money this week. Actually, Caterpillar was able to secure a loan but they had to pay a slightly higher interest rate. The government would do better loaning the money directly to GM.

The fact is that we are still being lied to about the reasons for this bailout.

1. Yes I Agree - No One Has Explained In Simple Terms Why We Need This
Yes, there has been a lot of intelligent speculation.

But not one politician can explain it.

If those simpleton's can't explain it then why should we believe it?

2. It's up to we the people to say: I will not vote for anyone who votes for this bailout.
A person hates to do it, but I'll be darned if I'll take this BS when we know these crooked bankers will STILL be demanding every last cent from broke American citizens. Meanwhile the rich are still counting thier money from bush's tax cuts.

F 'em. I will not vote for anyone who votes for this crooked mess.

4. From watching some the cable channels this afternoon, it seems
like they are pushing the 'credit crisis' meme. Businesses can no longer get credit, banks won't lend to other banks and ATMs will be empty. People won't be able to get car loans or student loans. Small businesses won't be able to make payroll. That's how they are trying to make it sound like this is all for the benefit of 'we the people'.
