If those in charge didn't see this comming then how can we trust them that this bailout will work.

On the other hand if they saw it comming and did nothing then they should be put on trial.

Also interesting is how the high ranking Congress members and most Senators want this. They are the ones that have been there the longest and made the most connections. The younger people that are closer to the people don't. This is regardless of party.
