I strongly support Obama for president and I also trust /support Kucinich on bailout |
|
they are not exclusive...Obama is the right person for this job at this time...but we need DeFazio and Kucinich, et al...I dont expect anyone to be right 100% of the time, including Obama or Kucinich...and I dont really know what is right regarding the bailout...I do know that we've been rushed to do a lot of things that I am unhappy about..I dont trust Paulson or Bernacke or anyone that has anything to do with Bush and Cheney...I dont trust the original proposal submitted by Paulson or the arrogance of it...so a few changes were hastily added and then we were supposed to be pleased...there are very good suggestions all over the internet for improving the bill and it has only been a week since we were told that the sky was falling immediately...cmon folks..I trust that there are fine minds in this country that could sort out this bailout in an equitable fashion...maybe it is an orange alert but how could we trust the guys who allowed it to get to this?

6. I support Obama's candidacy |
|
as the lesser of two evils, and have never pretended otherwise.
I support Kucinich on the issues, since he gets them right. I support and appreciate DeFazio, a rep from my state, on the "bailout," because he's RIGHT.
There's a big difference between supporting politicians who stand for authentic change, for the rest of the non-corporate/wealthy nation, for PEOPLE on the issues, and voting for a candidate because the other candidate is worse.
I don't like Obama on issues. I never have. I don't see anything great about his winning the election. I see him as a pile of sandbags desperately holding against a flood of fascism and corporatism. I'd like to move our nation to higher ground, where sand bags aren't needed.

7. Just because one thinks Obama has got to be elected, doesn't mean one has to |
|
agree with him on everything. Besides the bailout, I also think he needs stronger health care proposals. One step at a time.
