Bail out or NO Bail out. . .Seniors are screwed...
A bail-out props up the stock market. . .inflation eats away at the buying power of the earnings...

No bail-out.. less inflation, but less money..

So the question is, which choice hurts more people for a longer period of time?

1. If small business continues to suffer from the credit freeze, so will seniors
and the rest of us, afaik.

4. Of course, but there will be wiggle room.
Right now, a lot of small businesses are at a dead halt.

I don't like this and I believe it is a total rip off but, they have our small business people hostage right now. Those are the stakes. It's really ugly. :(

6. Imho, the House will pass this bill and McTroll is dead in the water.
Obama will still have a horrible mess on his hands. At least, he has good, capable ones.

The thing is, there's a stick up on. I don't know if Money can continue the stick up after BushCo is out of office.

members of his own party and his own compliance to the norm or mean. He'll lament to his grandchildren someday that he drove into the bridge with his eyes wide open. It will give him insight and humility. That's good, this party will need a statesman, Gov. Jimmy won't last forever.

7. No offense but small businesses have been hurting for awhile
And no scream for help came until the Banks wanted free money. Besides, the smaller banks are happy to lend money...so what is really causing the problem?

2. Homelessness or bean soup
You choose. That's the choices here, not steak or hamburger. Too many people really don't know how bad bad can be. I'll be happy if I can have a heated house and food in my stomach. Other people may need to adjust their expectations accordingly.

10. The bail-out will hurt those already hurting far worse than no bail-out. No bail-out
will hurt more people in numbers. But you are right, with only these choices, seniors are screwed again. OTOH, seniors vote republik in greater numbers.
