Question re veterans' care in other countries
All of the recent stories regarding medical care for both active duty personnel and veterans prompts this question. What is the track record of countries such as Canada, UK, France, Germany, etc. on the medical care of veterans? Are there comparable VA-type agencies, or is medical care provided in the course of a unified, one-payer system? Do other countries have VA hospitals scattered throughout their countries to serve veterans only?
