1. Just so ya know, Palm Beach County had a question on whether

the law should be marriage between a man and a woman only. I happily voted NO. This was my Absentee, filled it all out but will wait 'til Tuesday to deliver it. I'll ask casually how others voted on this where I live. It was worded pretty well, not double-speak as some of these props are.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
ARTICLE I, NEW SECTION
Florida Marriage Protection Amendment
This amendment protects marriage as the legal
union of only one man and one woman as husband
and wife and provides that no other legal union that
is treated as marriage or the substantial equivalent
thereof shall be valid or recognized.
The direct financial impact this amendment will
have on state and local government revenues and
expenditures cannot be determined, but is expected
to be minor.

Added: I vote NO on all amendments to the state constitution. It is a stupid way to enact stupid laws that the RWNs could not shove through the legislature.
