Is the sum total of available currency (coin and actual cash only) in the world an amount equal to or greater than fifeteen quadrillion USD?

If not, why not?

4. I would think that number would barely be in the trillions, let alone quadrillions.

The reason being, most money is now created electronically and far less of it is floating around as paper.
