2. They'd better be gone

I can forgive a lot of things but the first time I see that crap pulled by him I become a critic of the administration. There is no excuse for that.

Having said that, I'm fairly certain he's not gonna have them.

3. government must follow Constitutional law

Whenever the laws are broken, whoever broke them must be held accountable. Legal suspensions of the Constitution are only legal when legitimate. If you start a war against socks, suspending the Constitution is an act of sedition. If you start a fake or unsound war against 'terrorists', sedition.
