John Cleese on Olberman just flayed the republican
party and the numbskulls that vote that way in the segment airing right now. He was awesome.

1. I would LOVE an hour of the two of them together talking politics.
Cleese could hardly catch his breath from laughing so hard!

3. I loved his take on how * would spin McSame as "palling around with Communists"
And for taking in free food and accomodations while in Vietnam. It was hysterical.

Olbermann and Maher and Cleese make me proud of my alma mater. Coulter not so much.

6. I loved how he cracked up at "My fellow prisoners..."
And said he couldn't come up with a funnier line, despite trying.

(Also have to say I LOVED Keith's impression of G. Gordon Liddy -- hilarious!!)

7. If you wanted a beer with Bush you should have voted for Gore.
Sometimes I wish certain people could stop their aging process.

8. Cleese once said that if he were ever stranded on a deserted island...
... the two objects he would most want to have with him would be a golf club and a papier-mâché bust of Margaret Thatcher. :)

Do you realize in his poem about O'Lielly he called him a c*nt?

13. He called him "berk"...
... which is Cockney rhyming slang for c*nt. As Cleese explained, the full rhyming part (which is usually never said) is:

"Berkley hunt, c*nt"

Check this article out for a more detailed discussion of rhyming slang:

John Cleese on Bill O'Reilly

Bill O'Reilly's No Spin Zone
Is rated highly by his own
mother, but no other.

Except that Bill for all his faults,
Still has one skill, a skill of sorts,
He can amuse a true dumb ox,
The dullest crayon in the box,
The kind of ox that watches Fox.

And Bill will pander to this group,
With propaganda, right wing poop,
And knee jerk views and censored news,
Thus Bill O'Reilly earns his crust
Behaving vilely as he must.
He will not shirk from Rupert's work,
He really is a perfect Berk.
