Yahoo!!! I just voted for Mr. Barack Obama!!!
Today, this great day, I drew the line from one side of the arrow to the other next to Obama's name. It was such a small and momentous event! I took my kids with me so they could also remember this forever. A lady behind the counter suggested that my daughter should step out of the room since it was getting somewhat crowded in there. There were about six people in front of the counter. Ha. I told the lady that I wanted my daughter with me. Before I even went to the booth, another voter stepped up next to me and said, "it's not crowded in here." Democrats must be more comfortable being cozy. So, my daughter stayed and took a picture of my ballot so I could have a record of it forever. The lady behind the counter must have been a Republican - with visions of Democrats dancing before her! Anyway, the deed is done. Oh - I can't wait for the victory celebration. A new day is coming, ladies and gentlemen!! Halleluia.

3. I feel good for you and for my husband and me. We voted
absentee in VA. I felt proud to be voting too for the first minority to be our president. I hope and believe that this election will bring about positive changes in this country's attitudes towards all kinds of people. We need Obama as a leader for all of us no matter our race or religion or lack thereof.
