but hubby convinced me to vote last night


There is just something about voting on ELECTION day...

1. I could have voted absentee
but I'd much rather vote on ED. Its like a national holiday for me.

2. me too.. and I always vote and I never have problems. sooo I get to go
and enjoy the festivities.. and I bring the whole family. Also, it took me until today to figure out down races that are "non-partisan"... like school board and judges.. I have to do the research, fill out the pre-form.. vote first, then hand the selections to my husband because he doesn't do the research for himself..

3. I refuse to vote early.
The tradition of going to the polling place on Tuesday is just something that warms me. I love the whole process, right down to the silly "I Voted" sticker they give you.

i can get a paper ballot on election day. that's what i'm looking forward to. i think those machines should DIE.
