I guess this is the first of it.. fall is over, now the rainy season. Normally I like
the steady sound of rain on the roof and window..but I'm not ready for the rainy season..
not sure why.

10. Moderarte? Central coast got pounded.
From the NOAA page for the last 24 hours...

Mount Umunhum (border of Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties): 3.5"
Ben Lomond: 4.9" and we still have light rain in Santa Cruz.have

The largest amount I saw was Honeydew (far north coast) at 5.4" over the last 24 hours.

9. I'm in the northstate and it's been POURING here since last night.
We'd gotten about .5 of an inch by 3 this afternoon and it continued to rain hard on and off for the next 6 hours. We're expecting another colder and WETTER storm by monday. Luckily, I was able to go vote today and won' have to worry about braving the storm. THANK YOU JESUS!!

I am happy that it looks like the rainy season is getting off to a GREAT start.
