7. Here's what I get out of it

McKim as Ceo of this company is suing among others Nasser Kazeminy who is an Iranian businessman that lives in MN, and Otto Candies Jr. and Otto Candies III who are oilmen from Louisiana for breech of fiduciary duties. These guys invested in McKim's company somehow managed to obtain a controlling interest, then started doing illegal things plus actions that were not in the best interests of the company. Sounds like a typical republican business deal to me.

It appears that this lawsuit may have been filed as a defense to other lawsuits that have been filed against this company.
