In New Hampshire, All's Fine

Labor canvasses and phone banks from all the New England states and are coordinating quite nicely with the legion of young college age volunteers up here in the Granite State. I am confident that our GOTV is strong and will overwhelm the repukes on Tuesday. Obama will win by at least 7 points and Jean Shaheen by more than that. Our work is not yet done, but everything is in place for a huge win here.

How's Pennsylvania and Virginia. My thesis is that if we win New Hampshire's 4 EVs, Pennsylvania's 21 EV's and Virginia's 13 EV's, we can call it early.

1. I canvassed in NH yesterday, and called NC and IN today.

I agree about NH. I've been up there in several towns over the past few months, and the winds are blowing Blue for sure!

2. I'm driving up from MA for election day for all three shifts of GOTV effort

I can't wait! I told the coordinator that I'll happily burn through three tanks of gas if I have to. I'm bringing up 2 cases of bottled water and a bunch of snacks. Anyone have any suggestions for things for me to bring for the other volunteers?

4. Bottled H2O is good. Scope out the public restrooms near where you'll canvass.

In NH, the houses can be spread out, so look at the map and pick out 6-10 houses and park in the middle and canvass that way. The canvassing maps aren't to scale, so 10 houses could be spread over 2 miles.

5. I have canvassed yesterday and today,

did some visibility today also, and more GOTV canvassing tomorrow, driving on Tuesday all up here in Conway. Great group of folks working here, and so much energy! There is no FUCKING way that McGeezer is going to take New Hampshire!
