Is anyone else just totally sick and tired of Palin? |
|
Edited on Mon Nov-03-08 09:31 AM by Lancer
I can't remember any public figure who has worn out their welcome so quickly. She's not even really worth laughing at anymore. Palin has been totally redundant for weeks now. Tina Fey kept her in the public consciousness far longer than Palin would have on her own. She is such a joke, such a fake. Anyone who tells you those are just empty words needs to listen to her phone call with "President Sarkozy." Her fifteen-minute clock of fame has wound down to 00:01. Thank God for the next sunrise, which will deliver us from this horrible, shrill, dangerous woman.

mainly because I've never been sure if she's human!

22. Her last words will be a defiant "Ya betcha" |
|
Edited on Mon Nov-03-08 10:27 AM by lunatica
She will claim the forces of evil are still strong in this country and that the fake America has won another round, but that she'll be back because she's uber patriotic and yadayada...
Then she'll wink and say "Ya betcha"
Because she isn't going to suddenly concede that she's a total idiot. Never has and never will, because, ironically, she's a total idiot. It's that circular thing futbirds do. They run at ever increasing speed and in ever diminishing circles until they disappear up their own assholes with a sound that sounds like "fut".

very important that she is forever "Quayled", IMO.

Sarah Palin is so way in over her head. She talks like an idiot. She can't not grasp policy.
Sarah Palin talks like a valley girl, like a silly high schooler whose life is peaking in her junior year.

7. I was sick of her after her convention speech |
|
and its been all downhill from there.
I sincerely hope she returns to Alaska to face an ever-growing list of ethics charges, is removed from office or, perhaps, loses her re-election bid by an enormous margin.
I almost wish Fox would give her a show... one that would tank so heinously that it would have to be cancelled after the first month.
Losing this election isn't enough for her. She needs to be thoroughly demoralized and roundly rejected on the national stage.
Then she and her white-trash family can disappear into the underbelly of Wasilla, never to be seen again.

9. She's a total dumbass. I have no idea what the |
|
neocons were thinking trying to foist her on the American public. And McSame was so stupid he went along with it.
Anyone with half a brain (that excludes repukes) could tell in a second that she is completely unqualified for her present job, never mind the vp slot. I wouldn't vote for the R ticket under any circumstances, but I'd have slightly more regard for McSame if he had chosen someone who was actually up to the job. She's just a bad joke.

I don't think we have seen the last of her. Watching her right now i see a born politician. She lies thru her teeth over and over again.
She has for years to learn how to be interviewed and I think she is a quick study. we will see more of her over the next few years and she will be more polished when she comes back in 4 years.
god help us.

18. New Kid In Town Syndrome |
|
When Sarah Barracuda appeared on the scene, she was totally unknown...a cute looking kid moving into the corporate media neighborhood. At first, everyone wanted her to be their friend...glamming onto the new kid...and she used them for a "good time". Then after a few "dates", or maybe better said refused dates, the new kid starting to lose her appeal. Then she started to think she was hot shit...and this just pissed people off even more. Now she's just another kid...no longer the flavor of the moment.
But she won't be going away. There are many who still get a stiffie about her and she knows it. She's extremely ambitious and, win or lose, will come out of this game as a winner...a big money maker on the GOOP ruber chicken circuit and building up a "base" via hate radio.

I'm looking forward to something intelligent being said in the media after Obama wins. I'm sure the public dialogue will get ratcheted up a bunch of notches when he takes office. His people will be competent and that will force the other side to respond at the same level. I see a strong fading away of idiocy coming, and I'm so ready for it. Even the corporatist financial pundits are know-nothing jackasses, spouting failed b.s.
I'm ready to hear some worthwhile ideas that actually make sense and have some basis in reality, instead of constant ficticious moronic propaganda on every possible topic.
