Traffic stopped up to 4 miles in . Breaking right now in Santa Barbara California.

is the only highway from LA to San Luis Obispo. Traffic backup is now 8 miles in Santa Barbara.
I await another update but he's waving a flag and holding a rifle yelling political stuff.
They still won't say what it is though.
