If elected, will Obama address unfinished business?
Which, if any, existing scandals will he investigate and prosecute? Will he take the path of least resistance to avoid a firestorm of media and RW backlash? There are thousands of things that bug the shit out of me that haven't been addressed by BushCo, and these are just a few off the top of my list:
Karl Rove
Scooter Libby, Part Deaux
Election theft
Iraq War Crimes
Tom Delay
White collar crime and Wall St profiteering
911 failures
corporate-driven Medicare and Energy Planning
much, much more...

I'm sure I'm not th only one who would like to see heads roll by the time Obama's first term is done. Fuck the bad press. Historically, it would take a lot of time and energy to pursue these issues and it would detract from other important business. But if we get control of the House and Senate, then there's no reason not to dig deep on these issues and many others. Karl Rove is flipping us off right now, but will he still be strutting if/when Obama gets in? Time for the Dems to send a message.

Remember, some of the highest ranking Republicans' freedom very well could be on the line in this election. They may not be able to escape prosecution if Obama gets in, and they know it. If you don't think that they will do everything criminally possible to steal another election, regardless of popular vote, then you are whistling past the graveyard.

3. Can't we just start with Rove and jail him for Contempt?
send a message to the rest of them and bring them to the court room. There has to be time for this.

If he gives them a pass that (IMHO) makes him complicate in the crimes, abetting after the fact and I would probably have a hard time supporting him again. I am so damn sick and tired of these assholes getting away with murder and hearing all this shit about "For the good of the country" we will let it go so as to not "re-open old wounds".... BULLSHIT

Our wonderful congress sat on their hands and passed on their responsibility to take care of the problem. I have yet to see our supposed representatives take our side on any of this beyond what they have to say to get elected
