6. It's the context...he knows that the Republicans..

...are about to get beat badly tomorrow. It's the feeling of finally not being on the bottom of the political heap.

14. Party begins at 6:00 am sharp.
On a side note, My wife and I already voted 2-3 weeks ago in the early voting and it was only about a half-hour to get it done. I was talking with a fellow citizen today who tried to vote yesterday at the same place and said that the line was 2 hours to vote. Turnout could be historic this year as I just have this feeling that more people understand, even though they may not talk about it, or even conceptualize it, that the turnout has to be beyond the margin of what the Republican attack machine can fix.

Maybe it's just my imagination but I think Change may truly be in the air.

15. wow. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to vote, if that.
My husband was just saying that we have a ton of polling places here, that must not be true everywhere.

It's kind of dumb, when you think about it. There should be a lot of places to vote. :wtf:

16. Most of the time where I live, voting takes about a half-hour
On election day!!!!! I would not want to have to vote at the polls tomorrow as it could be an 1/2 day event at the minimum.

One clip I read somewhere today predicted 130 million will vote tomorrow.

17. is it that your precincts are really big? Or that they simply don't have enough
polling places and/or machines?

Where are you? :hi:

19. No , the precincts have large turnout.
I live north of Indianapolis in a bedroom community which is very populated and very Republican and they have large turnouts year in and year out.

7. That's absurd
The results aren't in yet, or did I miss something?

Google "hubris."

They stole two, they can steal three.

I wish people would just show a little restraint.

It ain't over 'til it's over.

11. I understand,
but it's dangerous. As someone posted here, remember John Kerry in 2004? Yeah, DU was all celebratory before the votes were counted, and look what happened.

Remember all that nonsense about how Patrick Fitzgerald was going to indict Karl Rove any moment now?

Yeah, right.

A little self-restraint, a little self-discipline, a little of what makes Obama so cool, and then, if everything goes right, we can party like there's no end................................

13. Win or lose
I totally agree with him: "I hate Republicans." In my experience, even those who are civil to me are so wretchedly uninformed and rigid.
