That despicable Pastorbating ad has played repeatedly here in Michigan
Just this evening, I've seen it aired at least eight times on various cable channels. That's one of the absolute sleaziest pieces of racist scare-mongering I've seen in decades. The people behind the "Republican Trust PAC" deserve to suffer from boils and pox and fungus and body lice forever.
:grr: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke:

22. They expect to scare enough yokels
here to squeeze out a victory for McLame in his home state.

Which means that their internal polling tells them that AZ is a real risk of flipping blue for Obama!

If Arizona goes blue, it's a landslide of epic proportions.

12. Also here for the last three days in this tri-state area of
Missouri, Kentucky and Southern Illinois. Illinois is lost to them thanks to Chicago, but Missouri and Kentucky is their targets anyway. Tonight during the SNL special it was on almost if not every commercial break. It is definitely :puke: inducing.

Then they started playing the Biden one. :eyes:

I decided an area contest on who made the funny ad, because the other guy only made negative ones. Well, and the fact that the funny ad was made by a democrat. And he was who I was going to vote for anyway. But his funny ad made me feel good about voting for him. :7

16. I can't even imagine it'd be welcome over on the Bainbridge side
Even with all the right-wing military types, that crap just can't sell around there. The folks east of the Cascades, of course ... well, they're mostly a lost cause.

that this is all McAnus can come up with.
Has anyone seen ANY positive ads from that asswipe? ANYTHING that he says he would do??? ALL I've seen is attack ads.

8. It's running like this everywhere; Don't worry, all the undecideds I know said
they were sick and tired of "the candidates" attacking each other. It will be suicide for McCain and the undecideds. They are sick of hearing this. The only reason McCain must be playing these ads is to get their base to turn out despite the media and the polls saying Obama is winning. And also don't forget that half the electorate has already voted in some states! It's a total waste of money.

11. There're some whack jobs on the peninsula and over in Contra Costa ...
... but that's got to disgust or enrage 90% of the folks in the South Bay, Oakland, Berzerkley, and the city. What a detestable piece of vile garbage that is.

20. Short clips of Reverend Wright ... from his Jeremiad sermons.
Guilt by association ... smearing Obama as anti-American, but with the subliminal subtext of "angry black men." It's 100% about not being able to trust him. ("They" aren't trustworthy, don't cha know?) It's nauseating.

face off against people who do, the ones who suck must resort to desperate tactics.

17. It's also the ultimate in irony...
...The background in the ad is wallpapered with the slogan "Hate you can believe in" over and over.

However, "hate" is the very force at work behind the ad itself.

How's that for irony?

24. It's in power rotation here--in Buffalo NY
...must be overlap from PA. I don't think it's going to work. I'm reminded of back when some pundits argued that Hillary was helping Obama by throwing negative stuff at him early. I scoffed at the time, but it's true--everyone's already made up their mind about the Rev. Wright issue. We've all heard the soundbites a million times. I think anyone for whom Wright's a dealbreaker has already decided to vote McCain.

Last gasp of a failed campaign.

But also the first shot across the bow of what we have to deal with.

There are 2 generations of Americans bred on ignorance and ugliness, It's going to take a long time and some major policy changes before we can turn it around to something positive again.

And the one where everyone in the ad is "Joe The Plumber"

Well, the GOP is going to need all the "Plumbers" they can round up, because if Diebold/ES&S can't pull this one out again, they are going to be in a world of shit by tonight.
