Defense Intelligence Agency Massive Hiring Blitz in Tampa

This may be old news, but yesterday I heard recruiting ads on radio in Tampa, Florida. "DIA is HIRING". What's up with this? Is Bush planning a Blackwater assault or something? The ads say Sept 28.. but radio spots are still running heavy.
