Just wondering not to bring up bad feeling or anything but did McCain or
his camp at least released a statment of condolence to Barak Obama? I know it is the heat of an "election battle" but did he or his camp showed any sign of humanity or has this election gotten this bad?

I don't know why but that question kind of popped into my wife's mind and it got me wondering as well.

2. Yes they did:
John and Cindy McCain released this statement:

We offer our deepest condolences to Barack Obama and his family as they grieve the loss of their beloved grandmother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them as they remember and celebrate the life of someone who had such a profound impact in their lives.

3. Yes, Gramps Offered Condolensces Last Night
He did it at a campaign rally and I heard a report he also called Senator Obama during the day to offer his sympathies.

While I detest repugnicans and consider Gramps a total political disaster, but every now and then he's one of the rare GOOPers that shows compassion. That said, now let's kick his ass.
