Did you watch Obama's last rally in Virginia last night?

He gave one of the best political speeches I've ever heard.

3. Yes
I watched online. What an amazing speech from an amazing man. I swear, that man makes me cry everytime I hear him. Tonight in Grant Park I'm going to be a blubbering idiot. And happily, happily so!!!

6. he said
"When I began this campaign, I asked you to believe" . . . I wasn't inclined to believe, at first.

He made me a believer . . . in all of us.

7. Yes and I was amazed at his strength
I can't imagine being in the pain he has to be in and still standing strong. That tells me a lot about him. I loved his "Fired up...Ready to Go!" story. I hadn't heard that one before. Perfect ending to a wonderful campaign.

9. 'Fired up' was an oldie, but a goodie
He had the crowd in the palm of his hand when he was recounting that; moments earlier he had many in tears. I've never seen anything quite like it. The visage of such a sincere representation of our progressive ideals was positively overwhelming. I had begun to believe that there were no true leaders anymore who would step up to the challenge of a presidential bid. I was wrong. I'm 'fired up' and ready to go!'

11. It was my first time hearing that story
and it has a special meaning to us. My youngest daughter is attending college in..Greenwood SC. He is so right about it being an hour and a half away from anywhere. My daughter was at home last night, she came home to vote and we just laughed. She is now You Tubing that video to half the freshman class at Lander University, located in Greenwood SC.

12. Went to it
Obama was about an hour and a half late and no one really cared. Everyone around me was having a good time despite the weather. The speech (the third I've seen) was his best I've seen in person so far. Traffic was a bit of a nightmare on the way out. Didn't get home until 1:30 AM. Totally worth it.
