The chances that this is anything more than bloviation are 0.0001%. 911 cannot possibly respond to stuff posted on the internet which could be from anywhere in the country. You could CC your website admin email to fbi.gov if you want, but it's likely nothing more serious than ranters on DU going on about guillotines.

Find the closest FBI field office here:Your Local FBI Office. Here is the Internet Crime report form for the FBI, but since it has to do with a potential bombing, I'd talk to someone at your local field office by phone.

If you haven't ever had reason to call the FBI, don't freak out. Boil it down to just the facts and offer to e-mail them information not easily communicated over the phone (like URL's), etc.

Don't ever expect to "hear back" about anything you report.

Don't bother to call them to "check up" on anything you report. However, make note of when you called and who you talked to. If the same person makes another threat you can do a follow-up call and give the desk agent the name and time of the previous call so they can add the information to the file.
