Another WTF? moment, concerning the bailout.


I just heard on CNN moments ago that GE stock price went up 7%, on the news that they were allowed to participate in a portion of the bailout money. According to the report, the GE financial arm was in trouble.

So we're bailing out companies like GE now? Where does it fucking end?

1. Heard that last night on ABC News... not only GE but also CITI group are begging for
bailout money.

2. Doesn't surprise me. There has been some concern about the financial arm of GE.
There are a lot of institutions out there that I'm concerned about, some of which are believed to be "healthy."

4. Rec'd. I appreciate posts like this because it seems like most people have no clue
how enormous and widespread this crisis really is. There are at least three more shoes to drop.

The DOW has a good day and people become convinced the worst is behind us.
