to watching the first man set foot on the moon! We were all glued to our televisions (and now our computers) watching history being made. To this day I still haven't forgotten the feeling of holding my baby son on my lap so he could say that he had seen it (even if he was only a few months old). We all knew that our "family" of Americans were watching history in the making. And I have to say now that I have only had that "family" feeling one time since then - and, of course, that next time was 9/11. But, darn it, I feel it now. I really do. Somehow DU has brought thousands of decent people together again to watch history being made by and for the people of this great nation! I feel it just like you do! Thanks for bringing those memories back...YOU ROCK!
