4. 7:30...and I'll bet the SoS is going to be really careful with the numbers.
She has said she will not have Ohio be another laughing stock (a la 2004) so my guess is that she'll hold numbers until there's a pretty big slug to release so the networks aren't making calls on 2% of the returns.
