We need some controversy here tonight. What kind of dog
Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 10:08 PM by rzemanfl
should the President elect get for his kids?

On edit, remember that Senator Obama promised this kids a dog, not a cat, not a chinchilla, not a parakeet.

15. OMIGOD! I've been wondering the same thing...
I have a chocolate lab and I think they are the perfect pets! But of course there has already been one chocolate lab in the white house. And pleez god, not little dogs. OK, here are my two choices...1- A Beagle, still a dog's dog, but lots of personality and the kids are plenty active for a beagle, and two-and perhaps a better choice, a Boston Terrier!!!! Still small and managable, big dog personality, and just as cute as all get out!!!!!

C'mon - let's vote!

25. Beagle

Beagles are intelligent, but as a result of being bred for the long chase are single-minded and determined. Even tempered with a gentle disposition, they are amiable and generally neither aggressive nor timid.
