2. VA is in the bag!
I was in Loudon County over the weekend and Springfield the last 2 days. A large portion in NOVA has yet to report. That lead will grow bigger!

3. Only 1/2 of Arlington & Fairfax Counties reported; NONE of Richmond
These will be large Obama majorities. Both Arlington & Fairfax are running at about 60-40 (rounded). Richmond City may be 80% or higher. Petersburg, the next city south of Richmond, went 90% Obama.

Glancing through the counties, the ones I know are rural have mostly reported 95-100%.
