It looks like the Dems can now tell Joe to take a hike.

1. One can always hope he does that
BUT I would like it done LITERALLY...not just figuratively.

9. Outside of Iraq I don't think Joe supports much of the Repub platform
so I don't think the Repubs will see much value in him either.

4. I figured that if we won 60 senate seats, then Joe would leave the party.
With the McConnell victory in KY, it looks like we won't reach 60 (even with Joe and Bernie), so Joe won't feel the pressure to leave, but he probably will anyways. Democrats 58-42. Good night.

5. Yeah, but you know Joe. He goes with the flow.
He'll be kissing Obama's ass in the morning. I say take his committees away. If he flies to the right, great!

6. Joe's flow...
Joe's flow is now headed down the toilet and I hope he follows this one too.

Let's start pressuring old Harry NOW!

7. As much as I hate McCain
Lieberman makes me even angrier. I honestly hope this breaks him. Also, I was the Senate dems to get backbones and kick him off all committees (even if they need him to reach 60) and move him into a crappy, little office. I want him to spend the rest of his political life down a deserted hall, sitting at a little desk with the lights off, looking down and mumbling in that fucking blah-de-blah voice of his how unfair life is.
