But the NY Times site is reporting Obama up by 1% in VA. That's the first time he's taken the lead. With 83% reporting.

Only 1/2 of Arlington & Fairfax Counties have reported; NONE of Richmond.

These will be large Obama majorities. Both Arlington & Fairfax are running at about 60-40 (rounded). Richmond City may be 80% or higher. Petersburg, the next city south of Richmond, went 90% Obama.

Glancing through the counties, the ones I know are rural have mostly already reported at 95-100%.
