I'm convinced that this will be the reassurance that foreign markets need to begin stabilizing, knowing we'll soon have someone at the reigns who has the slightest clue what he's doing, instead of getting some senile old coot who "doesn't know anything about economics."

That doesn't reflect Obama's election. That reflects Bush's incompetence and the mess he leaving for President Obama to clean up.
