Is there enough votes to impeach Alito, Roberts
Thomas, Scalia?

Can we, strike while the iron is hot and fix the last branch of government gripped by conservatism?

1. Special Prosecutors!!!
Investigate these treasonous bastards. Especially Scalia for taking gifts and free jet rides from corporations.

2. NOT LIKELY...EASIER TO BAN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY ITSELF
Here are the current rules:

VIII
Removal from Office (Supreme Court)
Print this section

Justices serve lifetime appointments. Under the Constitution they can be removed from the Court only by first being impeached (accused) by a majority vote of the U.S. House of Representatives and then convicted by a two-thirds vote of the Senate. There is no precise standard for determining whether a justice has committed an impeachable offense, though the consensus is that removal should be for criminal or ethical lapses, not for partisan political reasons. No justice has ever been removed through this process, and only one justice of the Supreme Court has ever been impeached.

We need 67 justices, which may be possible after we ban the republican party. That should actually be a greater priority.

A BETTER solution, though, is to ensure that the justices from our side be replaced with YOUNG, PROGRESSIVE justices. IN ADDITION, we should fill EVERY VACANCY IN THE COUNTRY (there are many, THANKS FOR STIFLING THE REPUGS, current congress!!). We should fill every vacancy with the MOST PROGRESSIVE, YOUNG JUDGE we can appoint.

My litmus test: Supreme Court justice should be no more than age 33, no federal judge should be more than 30. This will allow the court and the federal judiciary to be stocked with individuals who won't move for HALF A CENTURY!!!
