I was pretty confident Obama would pull it out, but Ive really been hoping for Al.

9. The encouraging thing for Franken: only 35% of Hennepin Co has reported
Hennepin is the most populous county in Minnesota, containing the city of Minneapolis. so far, Hennepin is going for Franken 51 to 35.
