I'm choking back tears of relief because I can once again be proud of my country. I admit that there was only a very small part of me that thought it was possible. Damn I feel good.

In between my tears of joy, I feel slightly drained. Like I should be fighting still, and now there's no reason to have to anymore. Not that we can relax, or become complacent. Just like a weight has been lifted and reason and intelligence will rule once more. It's been so damned long . . .
