2. No kidding
And anti-gay amendments passing in Florida, Arkansas and Arizona.

There are still a whole lot of bigoted asshole Democrats that voted for Obama and voted against equality.

this will end up at the California Supreme Court

I am sure of it

Goes to show what happens when we allow religious organizations to get involved in state politics

9. It is and I fear we will have to work to remove it
one way or the other... this is the kind of discrimation that was common in Cali in the 50s or in Germany, no do not use those terms lightly... it starts with one group, it will progress, and that is what them chickens voting for Colonel Sanders don't get

13. It will not survive a challenge by the courts.
How will they rescind all the marriages that were performed legally before it? How will they discriminate against people who will try to marry after it?

No amount of money from the churches will alter the courts.

Not in California.

11. Not all Catholics are perverse, just the extreme right wing
to be honest... and the Mormons have lost members over this as well

But truth be told... the IRS needs to get involved

They want to play politics? FINE... tax them

14. Knights of Columbus gave millions for this
Catholic Bishops led charge.

If you are Catholic, and give money to the church, or to Knights of Columnbus, you are to blame.
