Obama should make sure that David Iglesias gets reappointed

to his old US Attorney post in New Mexico.

Iglesias is a Republican, but he is an honorable man, and his refusal to go along with the Republicans' attempts to use the DoJ to harrass Democrats is what got him fired from that position. His willingness to go public about the misuse of the DoJ for partisan purposes helped get rid of Gonzales and will probably help eventually to put some Republcian criminals behind bars--maybe even Karl Rove, who was in that mess up to his eyebrows.
