1. No, but I'm guessing 58 or 59
My understanding is we now have 56 (54 dems & 2 I's). The other 4 are mostly in states that lean dem so we will probably win 2 or 3 of them.

That is my understanding at least.

11. We are waiting on
Alaska (Begich vs. Stevens), Georgia (Martin vs. Chamblisssssssss), Minnesota (Franken vs. Coleman), and Oregon (Merkley vs. Smith).

Keep thinking good thoughts! It will be at least a 56-44 Senate if we lose those four races.

12. Merkley called in Oregon (local paper)
Merkley is holding a slight lead, but "most" of the remaining votes are coming from the heavily dem area in Portland. That's at least 57!
