They have NO class... As McCain was leaving the stage, they chanted "Sarah, Sarah".. |
|
They did not even have the decency to let him slink away before they started in ...
CNN guy just now reported this ..
Booing during a concession speech, and then not even giving their candidate the courtesy of letting him leave with a little dignity..

2. They're in denial. That has to be what's wrong with them. |
|
At least partly what's wrong with them.

3. they wanted to fight to the bitter end |

it reminded me of old WWII clips where the Germans were fighting fanatically because they were so afraid of having to pay for what they had done to the world. I saw fear in the eyes of those people McCain spoke to last night.

4. Ya Know...I Think He's Glad It's Over... |

I'm far from giving McCain a pass on the type of campaign he ran or the goons he brought in to run it, but you could see in the last couple days, he realized he had sold his soul and the gamble wasn't going to pay off. I especially sensed this from Cindy when I watched her on SNL...this election took a big toll on her. And it wasn't the Democrats who made their lives miserable, it was their own "friends".
Palin's an opportunist and while McCain's career is toast, Sarah Barracuda is still very much alive on the right wing and will lead many of these lemmings off the political cliff...lurching her defeated party further to the right and farther from electability. It was amusing catching the freeper reaction as there were a few brave souls in that funeral parolor who see how divisive and destructive Palinism is...but they're a minority.
In the end, McCain is yet another sad loser in the biggest game on the planet.

5. McCain was a class act in the face of the typical freeper angry mob |
|
Meanwhile, Sarah was as insolent as ever. She looked like she couldn't believe "real America" has rejected them.

6. I hope McCain has learned his lesson and is done with those people. |
|
McCain is not an evil man by nature. He was just wrong on the issues and foolish in his choices.
You lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas. Chances are he's relieved it's over.
