Fundie: '9/11 was easier to take' than Obama's election
Ya'll, I'm almost physically ill at the thought of what this country is in for...I was talking with one of my best friends on the phone tonight as the results were coming in, and we both agreed that it felt like a death...the death of our country.

Honestly, 9/11 was easier to take. Like I said in another thread, this time we've shot ourselves in the foot.

I wore red today...tomorrow I think it'll be black...

2. The people who actually suffered on 9/11... the "fake" America... has voted for Obama.
Pennsylvania, D.C., New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts all voted for Obama.

They should STFU about 9/11 already.

9/11 doesn't belong to THEM.

It belongs to US.

12. And California - the plane that went down in PA was headed for LA
Sick fuckers.

They'd rather have americans die than elect a democrat? Or a black man?

Sick fuckers.

3. There is something seriously wrong with a person who feels worse
about the election of a particular person as president than they did about a terrorist attack that killed almost 3,000 people.

I don't even want to know what that person's soul looks like.

4. The day our national defenses were utterly and completely
DEFEATED? Was a better day?

Everything these primordial ooze accuse is their very own guilt. I call Treason. But, that shouldn't surprise us since their prince Bush is one and the same. ugh . After tonight I do not want to hear another thing these freeps have to say. I'll monitor my clicks here at DU. Enough. I'm not going through 8 more years listening to their insanity.

5. If they really beleive God runs everything on a master plan, shouldn't
they be celebrating? I was always amazed growing up in church how often these people would undermine their own message.

6. One of them was
questioning "God's plan", unable to accept it as it turns out not to be what they themselves had planned.
God was supposed to smote us, I'm sure.

These people know nothing of a Spirit.

14. Ever notice that the people who "are MOST affected and frightened of 9/11!!11!1!1"
. .. were Repukes who live in a BFE county that didn't have to LIVE through it?

And yet they cannot connect the dots why the areas which, you know, actually SUFFERED the events of 9/11 vote overwhelmingly Democratic every time?

16. Some nutball was recorded saying that after leaving Saxby Chambliss' festivities here in GA
I can't fathom being so self-centered that I could mistake a political loss with the murder of three thousand Americans.

19. Apparently they didn't lose anyone in the attack - assholes.
When bush was elected the first time, oops, I mean - STOLE THE ELECTION, I felt like I was punched and waited patiently for the next election. I NEVER thought Kerry would lose and then, well, you know the rest. The fact is: GET OVER IT! It's your turn - your boy fuckedup big and the people have noticed. Get over the brainwashing buzzwords and grow a brain...

20. Of course it was easier for them to take
It gave President Shithead the power to do whatever he wanted, immense popularity due to fear, and a second term.
