Will Vicent Bugliosi be able to find another State's Attorney to bring his
case against GW to a grand Jury? I believe the one he was counting on from Vermont didn't win.

1. he can use local DAs and local prosecutors too
It doesn't have to be a state AG.

I saw him speak about it a month ago.
