1. They should look into Alaska and especially Georgia, but they won't & don't care.

The Dems & Obama won the election and that's all that matters to them....

Just like in 2006 there was seats stolen by the republicans all over the country and no one gave a shit, least of all the Dems because the Dems won back congress and figured all was well...pitiful!

Now just as in the past two years the Democrats will do absolutely nothing about the hackable, changing votes, unreliable, flipping, disappearing, stealing close elections, votes purposely manipulated due to the electronic voting machines, because Obama won in a landslide.

But when there's close races and the republicans want to steal them as now in AK, GA, MN and elsewhere, the Dems just don't believe it or don't give a shit because Obama won in a landslide!

2. He hasn't won yet.
There are still at least 50,000 ballots to be counted.

3. He skated on that because he hadn't been convicted yet when he filed
then again, assuming Sen. Reid makes good on his threat not to seat the Senator from Cell Block J, he wouldn't be eligible to run in the ensuing special election.

4. He's not a convicted felon
He won't be a convicted felon until he's sentenced. That's when that appellation, with its attendant penalties, attaches.

Right now, he's just a citizen, like you and me.
