Fox News seems to be in a panic. They know that the next few years are going to be lean
as they are going to be cut out of the loop. Obama does not suffer media fools. Fox knows that they are not going to be fed ANYTHING if they continue on the way they have been.

Everyone is talking about the odd way they are treating their beloved sarah. There have been some interesting and out of character moments mentioned since...oh, around the time the polls began going for Obama.

I do not keep cable but have noticed some WTF moments on the "internets" regarding the channel over the past couple of months and this current display of disloyalty to their base just confirms my suspicions.

1. Hate spew like theirs is going extinct.
Obama proved you don't need their bile to win in this country. And I think Rush is going to get a backlash for Palin from the upper echelons of the 'pub party.

4. the upper echelons
of the republican party ignore rush more so then we do. They are not entirely moronic, just out for self-interest. They know he is an idiot, but he promotes their agenda and provides them more free advertising that is highly controversial, more so than even their 'swift boaters' could be.

rush et al. once the comparison between the current and the new administrations begins to be felt by and large.

As this reality sinks in the noxious vitriol spew will begin to lose much of its appeal.

rush is a hack and more and more people will see it as time goes on. We are no longer a leaderless nation. There will be no more running amok.

Keep them in the dark, and feed them a lot of shit.

5. Good
Obama & Edwards agreed not to go on Fox in the primaries because they didn't want to add legitimacy to that network. And Biden's interview with that blonde journalist (can't remember her name) led the Obama camp to cut that network off. Fine by me.

7. the interview you were referring to was with
an Orlando news affiliate, not Fox News (although she appeared to be trying out for a new position at Fox). Her last name is Wade and she is married to a GOP media strategist, most likely where she got the Repub talking points for that week in advance >.>

8. They have been partners with the WH for eight years and partners in waiting
for the WH during the 90's when they really started humming at FOX, CNN, NBCs.

If Cheney ran the WH will Cheney continue his role from his bunker Dark House?

12. They may...but they will not be "in the loop" anymore. I think this is worrying them.
The Clintons' did not take a hard line with them like Obama already has.

Faux is a gang of conscienceless bomb-throwers who may gain strength from being 'outsiders'. They will turn the attack machine on 'Washington', since they are no longer in it. It will be a constant battle, gird your loins!!
