.....2012 until about November 2011.....this past election was way to long...

2. for us it will be easier this time around with no Primary
and we can enjoy the Republicans go at it. the big thing will be whether Sarah Palin will decide to run.

7. Oh, hell yes ...

There was already a thread on a blog I ran across talking about the potential of a contested Dem primary in 2012. I don't know where now. I quickly left.

Work to do now in many other areas, and Obama is better at this campaigning thing than we are anyway. I'll let him let me know when I need to start thinking about it.

13. I don't think anybody needs to talk about another election for a LONG time either
Our election season is WAY too drawn out the way things are set up right now. I just got done listening to "Mike's Election Guide" and his proposal to cut down the election to approximately 6 months (4 regional primary months + 2 GE months) seems eminently reasonable.
