..., set up a huge fund and monitor every Church that had a part of taking away a person's right to Marriage.

....get "spies" to attend services (of said Churches) and EVERY time they break the Law by getting involved in the political process, haul their asses into court.

After awhile, maybe these "Institutions of Superstition" would keep their noses out of things that they know nothing about.
