Pro-active presentations of her shallowness, her lack of historic understanding of issues, her lack of understanding about where to draw the line when using public power, her positions on abortion, her very radical church affiliation, anything that keeps the public informed so that they don't get sold a bill of goods about her "Maverick" status.

3. Yes, please. She helped us more than some can ever imagine.
Don't fear the freeper.

They drive people to vote Democratic!

She was a huge net gain for Obama. If she wants to help out again, by all means let her.

2. If she's the new Dan Quayle
that won't be hard at all.

6. Well, since she is not the VP, she is not the new Dan Quayle.
Which means that she has the option of laying low while she gets a shallow education and has her image spiffed up.

I agree with the OP. Palin could be a very dangerous candidate in the future, and we need to keep this from happening.

5. I totally agree.
We don't want her back in the lower 48 ever again. In fact, I really wish Alaska would give her the boot too.

7. That is part of why I think it should start now with no cooling off period.
She may well run for Steven's post if he withdraws. Her large negatives need to be out there. No toe-hold for Sarah.
