approach. He is a master of letting conflicting viewpoints (even VERY conflicting viewpoints) ebb and flow around him, and then selecting the good parts out of the sturm and drang and sending everybody away feeling like they got something out of the whole thing. That ability is one of the things about him that I voted for, and I look forward to watching it work for the better part of the next decade.
