Does the Whitehouse still have a swimming pool?
I thought that became the bowling alley, then the press room.

1. According to the WH site...It does
http://www.whitehouse.gov/history/facts.html

For recreation, the White House has a variety of facilities available to its residents, including a tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool, movie theater, and bowling lane.

6. Looks like a nice one too....
I like older pools.
I can just picture the Obama family cooling off at the end of a hot DC day.... When ever I've been in DC in the summer the late afternoon early evening is the best time to hit the hotel pool.... kids are at supper & then you're all cooled off for the evening.

5. That place is going to be magic for Malia and Sasha.
Those little girls gave up a lot of daddy time for almost 2 years. They've earned their puppy and all the playtime Mommy and Daddy will allow in the people's house.
